We operate our Buyers Agency Services on a written contract only basis. Please contact us to be exposed to the full programme.

If you have a Buyers Agency agreement with Harcourts Nelson, we will only show such properties under dual agency if they meet your target property profile and with your full agreement and written consent.

A frequently asked question: Can Overseas Investors buy NZ property?

Yes. Residential and smaller properties can be bought as of right. With larger properties, such as rural and waterfront, Overseas Investment Commission approval must be sought. This is usually a straightforward process when handled by competent lawyers.

The New Zealand Government welcomes overseas investment. Check out www.oio.linz.govt.nz or www.oio.linz.govt.nz/faq.htm to answer all your questions.
